CHALLENGE – Project was delayed due to COVID.

SOLUTIONS – We employed an agile approach to resourced allocation in line with the project needs. This ensured our business was able to navigate the financial challenges whilst delivering the required service to the client .

SOLUTIONS – We aligned our goals to that of the rest of the contractor and held regular status meetings to ensure on time and budget delivery.

This project saw us refurbishing an existing shopping center in Pretoria CBD to modernise and upgrade.

The scope of this project was to increase of the current Dischem store’s footprint, upgrade the store interiors and also included the  installation of new HVAC system.

CHALLENGE – Keeping the store fully operational throughout the construction period .

SOLUTIONS – By ensuring our teams where on site at all times to supervise housekeeping and sequenced disruptive work during off peak hours to minimise disruption.

CHALLENGE – Specialised bespoke installation , 1st of its kind in Africa.

SOLUTIONS – We extensively researched the risks involved and had an intense risk mitigation procedure. We imported specialists from Italy for certain task execution. Our communication skills helped us bridge the knowledge, industry regulation and multinational team coordination.
